Dinner plans for JV trip April 12/13

I will again be cooking on Saturday for this event. I will need to know a head count so that I will know the amount of Carne Asada and other items to bring.
The menu will be Carne Asada, Tortillas, Cheese, Cilantro/onions,
Refried beans,
I will need one helper in the kitchen and I will put a donations can out for a little help on the purchasing of all the food.
If you plan on eating what I plan on cooking, then please sign up on the poll that I am attaching to this message. It will probalby be the best way to do it.
I've never set a poll up before so we'll try it and see if it works.

I would suggest a NAXJA dinner donations can. This will hopefully pursuade some to give more freely and anything over and above would go to the club.

Mike, that's a good idea. If we're far enough along by then, it could even go towards seed money for the new chapter, there to help with any initial expenses.
