Rear fender trimming

Right now I've got an 8" Rockkrawler lift and 35" Tires. Got my 14 Bolt rear and currently looking for a front end. I am smashing my panels when I flex. I cut the panels back to the pinch welds but its still not enough. Also don't have any rear bump stops but I want to open the rearend up to catch up the the fronts insame flex. Any pics. or info on how to cut up the rear end.

Side note: Goin full width in the spring w/ 38+ tires. Probably gonna filp my rear leafs to increase wheel base by about 5". I have to do way more cutting then. Probably gonna add 2 more inches of lift.

2 or 4 door?

4 Door. I saw the guy w/ the subframes thing that was really nice, But without having the new tires or lift I don't want to do that yet.
