I have the RE 3.5" Superflex leaf packs on my XJ, it seems like everytime i get out , if I check the bottom leaf (smaller one) of the pack, its always twisted in a different direction.

Is this normal?

how to fix this?

Is this a problem?

Tia guys!

You'll need to make sure the nuts on the Ubolts are tight enough. I used to have that problem but I straightened them out and cranked down on the nuts for the ubolts and I'm good to go now

Same here.

You can also buy some square u-bolt spring clamps at most auto parts stores, I had to do this on my old springs from Rusty. Just put the u-bolt/clamp on the spring pack about 2-3" from the axle.

Thats a No-Win situation! My first add-aleaf setup flexed like crazy.Because of the fore-aft movement of the axle something has to give. The whole pack would "fan out" after a hard weekend.I run 9/16" u-bolts so theyre tight. It not a problem you just tap/pull them back in place. The springs clamps help with that problem but start to restrict the pack.
