Power Windows

I'm trying to fix my power window in my 98 XJ. I took the door panel off. I see the window and the track, but can't see what connects to it to raise and lowers it.

Any help, tips, advice is welcomed.

Try posting it on the OEM board, I'm sure you'll get a heck of a lot more responces than way down here.
