Scout Axles

I've got a lead on a pair of Dana 44 IH Scout axles and I'm wondering if anyone knows what kind of problems I would encounter if I bought them for my XJ.

Also, Are they wider than the XJ axles? If so, by how much? How would this affect interference with the body?

Front Scout Dana 44 is passenger side drop. :rolleyes:

I just pulled the rear 44 on a scout II. Will everything be OK, BTW I know about the front. Also I got the rear for $50 minus gears which I'd toss anyway. I got 2 axle shafts and housing. What next! Also its a trail rig only.
