I got the tranny in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i am having a little trouble with holding the eninge from turning while i torque the flywheel bolts? any ideas?? but after this is tight it is all jsut nuts and bolts!!!!!!!!!!!!

Use a socket on the crank bolt to keep it from turning.

well if u do that the harmonic balancer comes lose! because u need 80ft of torque on the balancer and 105 on the flexplate! so i am think about shuving a pry bar in the crank?????? what do u think?

I don't understand why he was having problems before, the tranny slid right in.

And you could use a TDC stop but that would be a PITA. I say shove somethign in teh crank but dont damage the crank or the cam.
