yukon zip locker rebuild?

I have an opportunity to pickup a zip locker for $250 shipped to me. Supposedly it needs a rebuild - no clue what's wrong with it. Tried looking on the net and there is nothing out there for rebuilding a zip locker.....

Worth it? anyone rebuilt one?
