Can anyone recommend quality sway bar disconnects? I hear rough country's are garbage.

I've used many over the years.

the JKS are the best by a long shot.

Another vote for JKS. I am cheap, I build all of the components I can. That said, I couldn't build something as nice for the price they ask. Cheapest price I found was on Amazon. Worth every penny.

JKS are really good. I actually have the Rough Country ones. They are cheap and I have had them for 2 years and ~17k miles. Cant complain. They will be replaced with JKS when they fail. Honestly though, for what people say about the RC ones.....I like them, they work decent.

Absolutely NOT bds.

They are garbage, pop off every single time I drive the jeep. BDS' customer service solution was for me to buy a rebuild kit for them even though they are brand new. Replacing new parts with more new parts at my expense gets me nowhere.
