Help! 95 xj 4wd

I just finished installing a 3.5 Rubicon express superflex kit with 33in tires on my 95 xj. I double checked everything was torqued down and want to take it for a spin. When I started to pull out of my driveway it started jerking and clunking. Not sure what to make of it as it ran perfectly fine before the lift.
Any help on what to look at would be appreciated.

No I didn't touch the linkage, at least not purposefully, How would I check it it was stuck in 4wd?. I put transmission in neutral when and let it roll back into the driveway and still same thing.

Ok, if straight line causes the problems, then it's not 4wd.
Take a bunch of pictures of the work done and post them up. Particularly around the driveshafts. If they are binding, it could cause this too. Have you rolled it with the driveshafts off?
