Any thoughts on this shell out of rear main cap?
 
Yes, that's a worn out bearing?
What is the condition of the crank journal?
Have you checked any of the other bearings?
Usually, by the time a 4.0's bearing are that worn, the engine is ready for a full rebuild.
 
Without valid measurements, these pictures are relegated to gearhead pron!

Did you have a problem with oil pressure before dropping the oil pan?
