Dodge 231D transfer case housing on jeep xj 231J

2001 jeep cherokee, AW4 4.0 .Had a leak between transmission output and transfer case, thought it was the seals took the transfer case off and realized theres a crack in transfer case housing leaking fluid, i have a 231D out of a 97 dodge i was wondering if that housing and input shaft would work with the front half of the 231j. Looks the same except the 231d has a vacuum switch that i need to switch with the bezel light connector.

And the 231D input shaft is also 23 spline
