so i was reading up on this no bus error. it just popped up on me while i was driving today. i'm gonna take off cluster and check connections tomorrow.

how can i tell if its a TPS sensor causing it?

it was driving fine and i think it went on after i hit a bad pothole which makes me think it jarred something loose?

speedo and tach went to zero, CE light went on but the other 4 gages kept working and the jeep drove fine. i havent tried to start it after this happened yet.

just worried if its a sensor thing it might strand me in the future

thought?

First thing I'd do is pull the gauge cluster and lightly sand all the contacts on the connector and plug.

^+1 I did the same but also took a needle nose and slightly twisted each male pin in the back of the cluster for a tighter fit before reconnecting. Haven't seen "NoBus" in 6 months.
