2wd SYE? Yay or Nay?

Yeah yeah, it's 2wd but a conversion may come down the road. Anyway I was basically given 33s and to fit them I'm gonna lift it 4.5". Well one guy said I'll need a TC drop and SYE but I don't even got a TC. So what is it? Do I need one or not? I wouldn't think that I would.

probably won't need it with that long of a shaft

don't think its possible anyway, maybe a hack-and-tap, dunno

That's what I was thinking but that guy that said that just threw me off lol. I guess I'll just build it and see what happens

If anything, mod the shaft to run cv apparatus at the trans for 'better' angle
