Raise the mounts or buy high clearance mounts that JCR sells if you really wanted to keep the sway bar.

Synergy Manufacturing sway bar link relocation mounts work well.
 
Get rid of it. 5.5" long arm with good shocks and its fine without it. Much smother ride on the back roads on NH anyway.
 
Not sure. Just put the sway bar links on last week. Been running without a sway bar for a couple years. I did also recently put on adjustable UCAs and change the pinion angle.

I can't rightly decide how or why.
 
I did move it forward in the wheel well, but everything is attached and moves as a unit so nothing should get closer.
 
My 2000 did that when I went from 3.5" to 5.5" of lift. I bought a pair of the Synergy brackets, but only used one on the passenger side. I took about 20 min to cut off the old and weld on the new
