PWR Window Regulator, 89XJ 2 Door

Both the Driver's and Passenger's power window regulators are getting pretty slow in my old 89 two-door Limited. I replaced the Driver's regulator once already, probably about 15 years ago.

Both windows are fully fictional at this point, but slow moving, which makes me think they need to be removed, cleaned, re-lubed and reinstalled.

I'm wondering:

a) if it's possible to clean/rebuild the motor/regulator mechanism? It's been so long since I replaced the Driver's I cant remember if it looked rebuildable or not.

b) if the power regulators can't be rebuilt, is there a common source for new OEM or aftermarket replacements?

Thanks for any advice.

The steel coil spring thing inside the curved steel channel rusts (mine is an 87) and just needs some PB blaster first and then some spray white lithium grease.

Also check the ground as they are notorious for poor grounds
