Anybody recognize these upper control arms?

The lowers I am pretty sure are old Pro-Comp units. There is the last vestige of a decal still left on this one:

I expect I will want to replace the lowers one of these days, but if the uppers are halfway decent I will probably stick with them.
 
That one guy in his garage. I'd be really surprised if those weren't home made.

Not likely to be home made on this Jeep, unless they were found in the JY. Previous owners would have been likely to try 2x4s and drywall screws. They certainly could not have welded something together, unless it was by accidentally shorting out the wiring to one of the amps.
 
Never buy a vehicle with more amplifiers than speakers!
