Water Pump Bolt sizes and snapped bolts

2000 jeep Cherokee 4.0 snapped two bolts instantly. Something has been leaking and everything is brittle in that area. Not a fun project at this point.

What size bolts are they? Exact spec? Heading to fastenel tomorrow AM.

Google tells me you need 5/16-18 bolts, 3 bolts at 1 1/8" long and 1 bolt at 1 3/4". My service information for the Jeep says 17 ft-lbs, which is pretty close to what a bolt torque table is telling me for Grade 8 in a 5/16 coarse thread, or a bit tight for a grade 5.

How hard was it to remove the broken bolts?
