I've been out of the modding loop for a few year. My beloved XJ is pretty chewed up with rust stemming from Jersey and Ohio winters.
I was going to try to cut out the rot and save her, I had it since new in late '99. I bought some 2x6 tubes and other steel to fix the rockers but welding is beyond my skill set. I also have HD's stiffeners laying in the corner of my garage.
I picked up another 2000. It's clean, minimal rust and a new pallet to work from. I'm looking at B.Lee's 3 link after I plate the "frame". I'll move the bumpers, rock rails, sye, axles (locked and geared) as well double sheer track bar.
I'm looking for good springs, coils and leafs to work with my ACOS and shackle relocators. I don't want crap this time around so any tips coming from experience would be great.
