Parts off 97 zj?

I scored a zj for free. Im going to take the front ujoint axles and front driveshaft. master and brake booster. Intake, harness, ecm (everything to someday convert my 89 to obd2). That's all I have planned to do. It has a d44 rear, I don't care for it, but it has disc brakes. Are the discs compatible with a 8.25? Anything else I should take off? after I take that stuff its going to the JY..

The seats are in rough shape. I already have v8 zj steering. What all should I take for the obd2 conversion?
 
So I pulled the d30 shafts. They have the abs ring. Should I leave it or take it off?
 
Cool thanks. I don't think I'm going to bother with the intake stuff. There's nothing wrong with my renix and it's easy diag now that I know my way around it.
