Ignition switch help!

I just started have some places catch when I am rotating the key to start. But now it won't go to the start position. If I force it really really hard I can get it to start. I looked at the rod going to the switch lower on the column and it doesn't seem to be moving. I was wondering if anyone had a pic of the key ignition mechanism in the column. Also it's an 89 XJ.

I was looking at the wrong rod, the ignition is binding at the electrical switch. So I guess I know what to do at least.
