Any Benefit going from 15/16 Master Cyl bore to 1 inch?

I will be changing brake master cylinder soon on my 89 XJ 4.0 AW4

The MC on right now is the Raybestos MC39419 with 15/16 bore. If I use the Wrangler MC39980 (1994) with the 1 inch bore, will it help or not worth it.

Thanks

bigger bore means harder peddle and less braking pressure.

unless you are changing calipers and require more volume, no.

there is benefit to going to a setup with a dual diaphram booster, though.

Look at swapping the master and booster from a 99-04 grand cherokee in as an assembly.

The WJ master bore is 1 inch. Wouldn't it be better to use a dual diaphragm booster with the 15/16" bore master?
