Craigslist 4.0

I recently bought a 89 complete 4.0 on Craigslist for 75 bucks ! The old man showed me pictures of him on the trails and said he has had the engine in the garage for over 10 Years and bought it from a friend with nothing wrong with it . I am new to building engines and bought this to learn mostly. Was hoping for ideas to make this thing a beast don't really want to spend to much $$$ on it (just rebuilt mine and probably won't quit for another 20 years) but would like to know what you would do thanks !
