Should I trade for this XJ?

New to the forum, I have the opportunity to trade an old Ford tractor for a 97 Cherokee Country with 148,000 miles. The water pump is out along with some transmission issues. CEL is on so I pulled the codes and found the following seven:
P0171, P0320, P0138, P0700, P1391, P0758 and P0743. Owner says he has replaced the CPS so not sure about the 1391 code. Transmission works ok if manually shifted starting at 1/2. Will not move from a stop with it in D so sounds like bad solenoids? Not sure about the TC codes? This would be my first XJ, I have an 87 YJ so I know how these older Jeeps can become expensive quickly. Just looking for opinions on what this Jeep is worth as it is and if it would be worth trying to fix it's problems. Thanks!

Me personally would not trade I would sell your tractor and put the money towards a decent xj if you really want one

You could probably fix it for not much money with cheap junkyard parts, if you choose to take it, but as a general rule if they won't drive they are worth scrap value.
