Thought it was blend doors?

heater was not blowing as hot as it could be so i thought it was blend doors? took off the motor moved the doors with hands and started jeep heater blows hot hot air and everything is good stared blowing luke warm this morning all the sudden So? bled door motor or temp control switch?

was the coolant hot this morning? it only blows as hot as the coolant

if you were able to move the flap without using the slider then my guess is the cable is disconnected or the door is broken

1999 and yes everything was hot and working great till i got to school it was super hot and then just got lukewarm all the sudden?:huh:

I believe the late model blend doors have a motorized actuator but I'm not sure. Sounds like its disconnected somehow and flopping closed.
