I have to hold the gas pedal halfway to the floor to start now. Do you have to bleed the fuel line for air after installation I didn't remove the fuel line when installing these. They don't leak either.

If they were not new, run a can of BG44K to clean out the gunk.

I was under the impression that 784 injectors only fit 99-01 XJs due to them being later/ev6 connectors. Did you cut/splice pigtails? If so, your wiring might be suspect, as well as incorrect fuel pressures/regulator.

I believe you should be using 703 injectors in your 1993?

If you got them from ebay or a salvage yard and have not been rebuilt/cleaned then they are probably gummed up with dirt and fuel deposits. If your stock ones are working well and not leaking, put them back in. You aren't missing anything with the "upgrade"
