Getting A local Chapter Going

OK, it looks like that due to a HD crash we have lost all of our prior discussion

In any case, I have offered to take a somewhat active role withing the upcoming SoCal Chapter as long as I don't have to deal directly with $$$ (it's bad enough I gotta balance my own chekcbook LOL). I know that there was at couple others that were interested in that.

Also the proposed/suggested territory coverage was all of California from about the Fresno area (south border of Sierra chapter) south.
