I know this has been asked before many times, but here is mine,i just got some 0-280-150-931 injectors, only information I could find on the web was that they are 19#,but still haven't seen anyone use them on a XJ or 4.0 jeep,so can someone school me on how to figure out if flow rates are same or at least compatible with stock 4.0L, i also got some 0-280-150-756 but those aren't 4 hole, and only got 5,any help is much appreciated.

What year is your jeep

Flow rate is a function of PSI and although there is a common reference, pre-97 can manipulate the PSI with a different FPR

Sorry for the late reply and for not putting down the years,i can use them in either one i have a 96 and an 88,i just couldn't find the stock flow rate and psi for them,I haven't had the time to check the numbers on my injectors

The stock injectors on your 88 (#53003956) are rated at 21 lb/hr @ 39 PSI (the stock FPR), which is equivalent to 23.42 lb/hr @ 43.5 PSI reference pressure.

The stock injectors on your 96 (#53030778) are rated at 23.2 lb/hr @ 49 PSI (the stock FPR), which is equivalent to 20.59 @ 43.5 PSI using reference pressure.

Per that link cal posted, the 0-280-150-931 injectors are rated at 18.25 lb/hr @ 43.5 PSI, which works out to 16.36 lb/hr using a 39 PSI FPR, and 20.56 lb/hr using a 49 PSI FPR.

Meanwhile, the 0-280-150-756 are rated at 30.55 lb/hr @ 43.5 PSI, which works out to 27.39 lb/hr with a 39 PSI FPR, and 34.41 lb/hr using a 49 PSI FPR.

Neither of the injectors you asked about directly match up with your existing injectors at reference pressure. If you swapped in a 49 PSI FPR on the 88, the -931 injectors would flow pretty close to the stock injectors with the stock FPR. A little low but only by 2-3% which is within margin of error on this stuff--you would run a little lean sometimes but not by much. Might fail a smog test with high NOX. ps--obviously you can't mix these with the stock injectors, because PSI would change and the stock injector would flood out quite a bit more fuel. You would have to replace all 6 and replace the FPR to run at near-stock flow rates.
