Steering gear box play

Well I gave been having some problems with my steering on my jeep. Was getting some bad shakes in it at higher speeds. Found one tie rod end that was moving around so I'm gonna replace it. Also noticed that I can also move the pitman arm a little bit as well. If I tighten up the screw on the top of the box will it take that slop away? Or should I look into doing a Durango steering box upgrade? I just don't think the play at the pitman arm is normal.

It's adjustable, but if you don't know how to do it properly the box could lock up and you could kill yourself or someone else...
