wide rear tires w/ narrow fronts

anyone run this combo, say like a 12.5 rear and 9.50 or 10.5 front tire ? any pros or cons on this setup. of course same diameter & off road use only. seen some off road only jeeps at events doing this set up.

Can't rotate a setup like that very well for a street driven jeep not to mention a tire of 1 width will be a different height then a same size but different width tire. Take super swampers for a general idea a 35x13.50x15 may be 35 inches tall but a 35x10.50x15 may be 34 inches tall.

If you just want a staggered look get spacers for the rear.

Skinny tires in front have a hard time steering with fat tires & a traction adding diff in the rear......simply a function of not enough traction in front

good point, it would tend to make the fronts slide sideways i guess.
