im going to install a set of control arm drop brackets. from what all the manufactures of the drop brackets state i have use run stock or stock length arms. i have Synergy lower arms that arm 1/4 inch longer than stock 16 inch bolt centers. also found a set of procomps in my pile of stuff that measure 16 inches bolt centers. is this 1/4inch difference really going to screw things up that bad. stock bolt centers are from what ive found 15 3/4 inches.

How much lift do you plan to have?

You should be fine. 1/4" isn't going to hurt you. If anything it'll adjust your castor up a smidge and help the Jeep track straighter. With larger tires I like to run more castor than recommended, anyway.

You'll be fine. You really wouldn't want those stock stamped pieces anyways.

edit: do you have any adjustability in your uppers? What are you doing for adjusting pinion/caster angle?

Youll be fine. Im running 3 1/2" arms with drop brackets at 3" of lift. My axle is pushed forward a good 1 1/2 at ride height. No problems. Your 1/4" should be no problem.
