body rot

so i bought my wife a 2k xj, as a project. unfortunately there is a lot more rot on the ds than i anticipated. i was going to do a rocker upgrade and got all the metal cut for it, but i ran into more trouble with the door frame being rotted both the front and rear. (its a 4door).
i got a new floor pan for it, but theres much more work before i can install it. i have a sheet metal shop that can fab anything, but i was wondering what if anyone else had these issues as well and what they did. guess i cant post pictures.

For frame rot (I guess depending on how bad it is) there is always frame stiffeners ...
