my wipers have the same speed on lowest delay setting as low .I have already replaced the wiper switch for the frt wipers. any one have any ideas

00 xj intermittent wiper problem

Check/test the wiring at the switch and at the wiper motor. The only other part involved is the wiper motor assembly at the base of the windshield. I have had good luck with used ones from the junkyard.
