Help with OEM Radio connections

Below: Left/top to radio. Right/bottom two to connectors from the dash? If so... What goes in between? It does not appear there is a color-to-color match/line-up. Help?

1988-90 Jeep Cherokee Stereo Wiring

Constant 12V+ is Pink
Switched 12V+ is Purple/Orange
Ground is Black
Illumination is Orange/Black
Dimmer is Dark Blue/White
Antenna Trigger is Gray
Antenna is Right Front Fender
Front Speakers are 5 1/4" in Doors
Left Front (+) is Green
Left Front (-) is Black/Yellow
Right Front (+) is White
Right Front (-) is Black
Rear Speakers are 5 1/4" in Tail Gate
Left Rear (+) is Gray/White
Left Rear (-) is Brown/White
Right Rear (+) is White/Black
Right Rear (-) is Brown
 
Top looks like ~1989 radio plug. Bottom looks like ~1986 radio plug.

If your radio is the top plug style then use that plug.

If your radio is the bottom plug style then use that plug.

If your vehicle has a radio plug that ISN'T butchered already I would find the correct year radio or get an aftermarket harness and go that route.

Both the plugs you show go to the radio.
