Cranckshaft pulley

A cracked 0331 head(2000s and 2001s had them) can let coolant get in the oil, which can then wear out your bearings, which then gives you low oil pressure. Does your jeep use coolant?

The gauge or sensor may just be off. I would put a mechanical gauge on it to determine if the dash gauge is reading correctly.

Not losing coolant. Put a high volume oil pump in and now have 10 p.s.i at idle. It was at zero with a warm engine at 190° with stock oil pump.

Your having the opposite problem i am having with the high volume pump.

Whats the motor sound like and i would, and will be soon, putting a mechanical gauge on mine for an accurate reading.

I would be suspect of the sending unit.
