Replacing U-Joints and bent my ABS Tone Ring

I was replacing the front axle shaft u-joints and I bent one of the ABS tone rings. Is it safe to leave it off until I find a new one? Or can I keep driving with it bent until I get new one? And if so will it affect anything significant? I'm thinking my ABS light will just be on until it's replaced. Any of you guys/gals have any good info? The end that slides onto the shaft isn't bent, just the outer portion. I can bend it back until it's basically straight. Any help is much appreciated!
