98 xj limited foglight problem

the problem with my xj is that my stock foglights went out about a week ago. don't know what may be causing the problem they were working fine. (I have HIDs installed on them if that makes a difference) .I checked the bulbs and ballasts independently and they turn on no problem. Already took out and cleaned the switch in the inside. The switch does light up green. also put in a new relay so thats not the problem. need to fix them ASAP since i use them every day...*Any help is welcome... thanks
