Right rear wheel rumble

2001 stock xj 8.25. So when I pull out at a stop light it sounds like a rumble with some vibrations coming from the right rear of the vehicle. It only happens when I'm a little heavy on the gas and goes away after a couple seconds. I was thinking wheel bearings but I'm not positive. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
