Santa came last week. Clayton off road 4.5 in long arm lift kit for my 99 xj. My question is when I go to bolt up my upper control arm to the axle the bolt is quit a bit smaller than the sleeve in the oem size bushing, but the bolt supplied by clayton is a snug fit going through just the control arm itself. What do I do? Seems pretty important to me that their not be an excessive amount of play between the two. Thanks for the help.

I am sure someone here may have a better answer but it may be worth a call to Clayton to see what they say.
While your at it ask them why the centering pins for the leafs were too big to drop in the 8.25 without drilling the hole in the axle.
For such a nice kit you would think the fitment would be more precise.
Btw this thread belongs in the Mod Tech section as Your lift is not OEM.
