It was the "oil pressure safety switch sensor".A false reading was killing my engine (38 mins.) That's all it was.After changing the old (ceramic type) O2 sensor,i sat with it for the full 38 mins.Never done that before.I saw the oil pressure drop slowly but surely.It got to zero engine stalled.There it was right in front of me the whole time.Thanks to all this great advice,i found alot of other issues that needed attention.It now runs better than ever.I ordered this XJ new from AMC/jeep in 87.It truly runs better than ever.Thanks again.:spin1:
