Hub Bearing Bolts

2001 XJ, AW4, I6 4.0.
Do you put loctite blue or similar on the three hub bearing bolts. I got some new factory bolts and they don't have any red goo on them from the factory. The FSM doesn't mention applying any type of loctite etc
