Front driveshaft torque specs

Can someone please post the torque specs for the front driveshaft bolts? To be clear, I am referring to the bolts that secure the u-bolts over the bearing caps. Is precise torque even critical here?

If it matters, I've got a '99 with a D30 up front and an NP 242 TC.

13 to 18 ft lbs.

tighten till snug, then tighten another 1/4 turn

1310 2-70-18X 13-18 lbs. ft. 17.6 - 24.4
