proportioning block sensor

89 renix 4.0
Just did the 96 booster and mc swap
got it all together and bled the lines. When I started it I fried the insulation off a wire that goes to the sensor in the positioning block. Any ideas on what caused this and is it needed?

brake switch that illuminates the brake warning light most likely.

Not 100% because all my renix jeeps were MJs and they use a different proportioning block.

Not needed as I told you in your last thread. Mine is just shorted to itself since i have an adjustable prop valve.
