Prelubing 4.0L with coil on plug

In the old days it was simple to prelube and engine by pulling the distributor and spinning the ol pump drive with a screw drive shaft chucke into a drill. How would you recommend doing it with the distributorless engine? I'll be using Royal Purpule Assembly lube when putting the engine back together, even going to do the camshaft even though I'm not relpacing camshaft or cam bearings.

same way as a distributor type... it just has an oil pump drive w/cam sensor instead of a distributor.
