Surely this is not normal?

Installed an Iron Rock Offroad 6.5" long arm lift approx. 7 mo. ago. I have taken it out on 2 trail runs (hardly any street use) and this is what my leaf springs look like now...
Thoughts??

axle wrap??. did you pull any leaves out of the packs at all?

Is OME cheap? I've had two sets do that. I need to build a traction bar.

i guess its a good thing i don't beat on my leafs at all. ;)

They are tired of taking it up the rear due to pi$$ poor off-shore QC I guess. Keep pushing and they'll likely cave.

I though they made some of the better leaf springs out there?

I am about to order a set.

my deavers never got s shaped on 35s. so that leaves deaver and clayton as currently 1 and 2 of the leaf spring world... IRO was 3 but they suck again.

I twisted my first pair of Clayton's up pretty good on my maroon XJ before the traction bar.

werent those the older, non-military wrapped ones?

What about nationals?

i dont think national makes a XJ spring anymore. im sure you could custom order them though.

The RE leafs I used on two different XJs over 4 years never got S shaped or anything, without a traction bar on 35s with 4.88s.

Not sure if they still use the same supplier or not.
