Ford 9" protection

After placing a rather large dimple in my front diff on John Bull trail, I started looking for some additional protection for my front dif. I was surprised that I couldn't find a ready made kit to fit mine so out came the metal working tools and here is what I came out with:





Should help a bit.

Looks like it doesn't it, but the picture is deceptive. It only is 3/8th an inch lower then the diff bottom.
