Tried shaking tires, bearings seemed tight. U joints on axle looked like they had surface rust but tight. Did not see any appreciable slop in u joints on axle. Driver side clear no foreseeable problems. Upon raising and iinspecting passenger side I found what appeared to be solid ice caked areount the axle shaft and u joint. heated it with a hair drier and removed ice. I'm hoping and thinking that this may have been the problem. As it was bad at our first stop, the ER, not quite as bad when we stopped at the bank and improved as we neared home. Noticed it more in tight turns then in gradual turns.
