Ford 19 lbs fuel pressure question

I may have made a mistake a few years ago, I put on Ford 19 lbs 4 point fuel injectors on my 1994 4.0L. I have an adjustable fuel pressure regulator. I was told by my friend they are 49 PSI injectors. So years ago I set my adjustable fuel pressure regulator to 49 PSI. After a few years of having them they started leaking and I replaced them with a reconditioned set this week. I just learned they are only 39 PSI injectors not 49 PSI. I assume I should pull the fuel pressure back down to 39 PSI? All that is done to my XJ other then them is basically a larger TB, larger downpipe, high flow cat and muffler.
