Plastic body trim removal?

I have a '99 sport. I want to take the black plastic molding off the doors. Can some tell me what's the best stuff to use to get the sticky residue off that it leaves behind.... Tried rubbing alcohol and lemon juice. Hasn't worked yet.
 
I used Goo Gone and a piece of rubber hose to rub the glue off.
 
x3 or 4 (whatever its up to) on the eraser wheel, it goes on the drill and its just a big rubber pad that pulls all that sticky stuff right off easily
 
I use fishing line to go thru the adhesive & whatever chemicals to rub off the goo, the eraser will work but you will still have to wipe the residue when you are done....
 
you are talking about this stuff on the lower doors
