Need some DS info

I'm sorry for posting this thread but I just need a simple answer.
My jeep 96 country with 4.0 aw4 dana 30/35 np231 4.5" lift
I ordered the rugged ridge sye, its not a super short shaft, just normal. not HnT either
I need to know will a front driveshaft from another cherokee or possibly my own (for a short period) fit the rear inbetween the np231 and dana 35. I know the 35 is shorter than the 8.25. I am sitting on 4.5" lift

I also know that the 96+ np231 t'cases are shorter than previous years.

If worse comes to worse I can have a DS lengthened for around 75 bucks i've heard?

Not trying to buy a damn 600$ tom woods for my dd for school and work and rare offroad trips.

I love you forever if someone have this setup and a front driveshaft and tells me which year and setup it was from and also the length from center u joint cap to center u joint cap. <3

Nearly any double cardan front driveshaft from an XJ 4.0L Automatic should fit. See the charts for longer and shorter options. Obviously, newer ones will likely have fewer miles on them.

Compressed/extended is about 31.0 - 33.5 inches, u-joint to u-joint.

Is there something about ABS in the read axle affecting the t case output spline count? I heard that somewhere, and i just ordered a SYE from rugged ridge and I didn't check the spline count.

No.

ABS and SYE have no effect on each other.
