transmission knock after lowering transfer case??

Ok so last night I finished lifting my Cherokee (4.5 rough country) and my drive shaft angle was so bad that it was binding and getting stuck. so this morning I dropped the t case and it seems to have helped my drive shaft angle but nowwww im getting a loud knock coming from the transmission I think. when I put it in to drive the knock goes away but when in park, neutral or reverse it comes back.

supper confused it wasn't knocking before the tcase drop is that what caused it?

checked and double checked dosent seam to be hitting anywhere. maybe a loose flywheel?
